Hello, and welcome to this corner of the internet! Where you will learn that health starts with your daily habits.
Back in 2013, I started developing a series of symptoms, leading to a PCOS diagnosis, which led me to take ownership of my health.
With time, and additional health diagnosis, I learned that Western medicine is here to help when you are already feeling sick, or have an accident - it's a reactive system; but very few doctors in the industry are actually working to keep us healthy - proactively. That's when I started getting myself into using natural solutions, such as essential oils and homeopathy and making habit changes that have helped me stay as healthy as possible, and feel empowered about my health and wellbeing.
No one is exempt from having health issues, but keeping your body as healthy as possible will minimize risks and will even help with recovery in the case something ever happens.
At the end, my goal is you feel empowered to take action and be proactive about your health.
To heal any chronic or degenerative disease, you need to change your habits. A doctor will help with a diagnosis and a treatment plan that will most likely involve taking a series of pills to control symptoms - and don't miss-understand me, sometimes these are needed to help you improve, but these pills aren't the solution by themselves.
As your health coach, I will help you take a look at your habits and environment, and I will support you in making changes that will reflect on your wellbeing inside out.
We will work together on improving your habits, many of which, without realizing, might be contributing to your current health issues.
To work with me, I need you to have an open mind, be open to change and try new things. With this mindset, is that we will be able to find what works best for you.

Food is more than just calories, it is information. It's up to you what information you give your body through your daily food choices.
What type of information would you rather feed your body with..?
Hormones are your body's messengers. If a message is not delivered on time or correctly, many key processes can be impacted within your body. That is why we need to always care for our hormones and our endocrine system.
What impacts my hormones?
Everything we use and eat - from food, to lotions, makeup, soaps and laundry detergents.
That's why it is so critical to prioritize clean ingredients. I know this can feel overwhelming, but that's why I'm here, so I can help you break this down into small, achievable steps that you will be able to sustain long term.
Living under chronic stress keeps our body alert and in survival mode. This constant state of alert causes certain processes to pause in our body - such as your digestion and reproductive system which aren't key for when you are in survival mode, but are key for your overall wellbeing.
That is why recovery is key. We must learn to pause and take a break.
Let's start with 3 sessions. Why 3? Making habit changes takes time, so we need to allow some time before making any assessment on whether something is working or not for ourselves.
After these 3 first sessions, you can decide for yourself what happens next.
